From first conversation to delivered school wardrobe. A clear, stage-gated operational model.
Six stages from first conversation to ongoing programme operation. Transparent gates at every step. We move at the pace your school needs — no rushed pitches, no surprise commitments, no hidden phases.
Discovery conversation
A short call to understand what your school needs. We listen first — current uniform situation, parent community, budget constraints, timeline. No pitch, no pressure. By the end of the call we both know whether we're a fit.
Programme proposal
We send a written proposal with the programme tier we recommend, indicative pricing per item, timeline, and the documentation pack — compliance certificates, sample workflow, contract terms. You review with your leadership and get back to us when ready.
Sample production
Once we agree on the programme, we produce samples — physical garments and patches with your school's identity applied. Samples ship to you for review by your team. Nothing else moves until you approve.
Pilot order
For larger programmes, we run a pilot — typically 50–100 garments — through our full production and delivery process. This proves the system works at scale before commitment to a full year. Pilot orders deliver to a small group, often staff or one year group, for real-world feedback.
Programme launch
For Foundation and Heritage programmes, the modern school portal goes live for parent ordering — anonymised pupil IDs, no email harvesting, clean admin dashboard, paper-form fallback for non-digital families. For Patches programmes, your authorised parents online shop opens with 24/7 reordering for class committee representatives.
Cutoff dates set, communications sent to families. Production begins after the cutoff date.
Production, delivery, and ongoing partnership
Production runs to your aggregated order. Quality control on every batch. Single consolidated delivery to your school address. Compliance documentation provided. Invoice issued — payment terms as agreed in your contract.
Then the partnership continues. Mid-year reorders for new joiners. Annual programme review. Adjustments to garment specification as your school evolves. We're not a one-off supplier — we're a multi-year operational partner.
Built around school timelines.
Most schools start the discovery conversation in spring or autumn for the following academic year. Plan 4–6 months from first call to first delivery. We'll work backwards from your target date and tell you honestly if a timeline is unrealistic.
